1. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations >24 hrs: full refund.
• Cancellations <24 hrs: deposit withheld.
• If team dispatched: deposit withheld + possible trip fee.
• Dissatisfied clients: free re-clean within 24 hrs.
• Refunds processed via original payment method within 10 business days.

2. Photo & Video Documentation

• At the beginning of each visit, Crystal LLC staff (housekeeper or inspector) must take photos of key zones and any pre-existing issues.
• Purpose: protect both client and company, confirm the condition of property before cleaning, and identify/report damages or issues.
• A short written note may be added with photos for clarification.
• If necessary, or by operator’s request, staff may record a short video (e.g., for areas where photos are insufficient).
• At the end of each cleaning, a brief after-cleaning photo report is also required.

3. Confidentiality of Documentation

• All photos/videos are stored in Crystal LLC’s system and used only for internal purposes (quality control, inspections, safety).
• Public use (marketing, portfolio) is only possible in anonymized form or with explicit client consent.
• Client personal belongings, valuables, and private areas are not subject to publication.
