Residential Cleaning
Keep your home fresh and spotless — weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or on your preferred schedule. Pricing depends on property size, type, number of rooms, cleanliness level, and other factors, including cleaning frequency. The more often we clean your home, the lower the per-visit cost.
Vacation Rental / Short-Term Rental Cleaning
Turnover service for hosts — bed linen, restocking, inspection service, and report. We can work within Breezeway or similar management platforms. Our own system, Crystal Task, is in development (test launch planned for 2026). We adapt to your checklists and reporting standards. We service everything from small condos to 14-bedroom homes. You can calculate the price for one unit online; for multiple properties, we’ll provide a custom quote.
Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
Before or after moving — we make every corner shine. Pricing varies based on home condition and other factors.
Standard Rate: Empty home, minor dust, normal wear.
Heavy Rate: Heavy buildup, grease, stains, or pet hair — deep scrubbing may be needed.
Post-Construction Cleaning
Final cleaning after construction or renovation — removal of dust, paint, and debris. We perform final-stage cleaning only, once all construction work, materials, and tools are removed. Pricing depends on the home’s size, layout, and other factors.

Commercial
Flexible cleaning plans for offices and commercial facilities. Pricing depends on square footage, traffic level, and visit frequency. Discounts for regular service.

How do you determine the cleaning price for each home?
Prices depend on the home’s size, layout, level of cleanliness, and other factors. We always provide an upfront quote so you know the total before we start.
In this area, standard homes between 2,000 and 2,500 sq ft in typical condition usually fall in the $200–$300 range.
Is the listed price final or can it change after booking?
“Starting at” prices apply to homes in standard condition. If additional work is required — for example, heavy buildup, pet hair, or renovation dust — we’ll confirm any price adjustments before the cleaning begins.
You’ll always receive a clear updated estimate before our team proceeds.
Do you charge by the hour or by the job?
We charge per job — you pay for the result, not for the time spent. This means the price you receive in your quote is the total for the entire cleaning service, regardless of how many hours it takes.
Do I need to pay in advance or leave a deposit?
No — you only pay after the cleaning is completed and confirmed. We never ask for deposits or prepayments. Once the service is finished and approved, you’ll receive an official invoice via email.
All payments are processed securely through our official billing system.
What payment methods do you accept?
After the cleaning is completed, we’ll send you a secure payment link by email. You can pay conveniently and safely through our Stripe payment system.
For corporate clients or regular partners, payment by check can be arranged by agreement.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your cleaning up to 24 hours in advance without any fee. Cancellations must be submitted via email or SMS.
If cancellation is made on the same day as the scheduled visit, the full service charge will apply.
Are tips required?
Tips are not required, but they are always appreciated. You can include a tip when paying online — it goes directly to your cleaner as a token of gratitude for excellent work.
Is there a minimum charge or visit requirement?
Yes — the minimum charge for residential cleaning is $139 per visit. For post-construction or special cleaning projects, pricing is calculated based on the total square footage of the property.
