Terms & Conditions

1. Services

We offer Residential Cleaning, Airbnb turnovers, Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning, Post-Construction Cleaning, and Deep Cleaning.

2. Payment

• New clients: 10–15% prepayment.
• Returning clients: post-payment available.
• Accepted: credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ACH.
• All payments processed securely via Stripe.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• >24 hrs: full refund.
• <24 hrs: deposit withheld.
• If team dispatched: deposit withheld + possible trip fee.

4. Access & Delay Fees

• Client must provide access.
• Delays >30 minutes: $75 fee or $25 per cleaner-hour (whichever is higher).

5. Bonded & Insured

Crystal LLC is bonded and insured. Coverage includes property damage and injuries. Exclusions: normal wear, hidden defects, or client misuse.

6. Insurance Claims

Clients must report within 24 hrs with photos/videos. Crystal LLC will review and process claims through its insurance if applicable.

7. First Visit

• Residential: supervisor confirms booking and invoice.
• Move-In/Move-Out: manager/senior housekeeper with photo report.
• Post-Construction: team lead with photo report.
• Airbnb: first visit with manager, then photo reports.
• Deep Cleaning: on client request.

8. Communication

• Email: primary channel.
• SMS: reminders and updates.
• Phone: urgent cases.

9. Order Processing

• Online booking form.
• Auto-confirmation by email.
• Manager follows up during business hours.

10. Pricing

Prices are estimated via online calculator. Final cost is confirmed on-site and reflected in the invoice.

11. Agreement

For one-time and standard services, no separate contract is required. Invoice + payment = legally binding agreement. Corporate/long-term clients may require a signed contract.

12. Termination of Services

• One-time services: agreement ends after payment.
• Recurring services: 7-day notice required.
• Crystal LLC may terminate for non-payment, access issues, or client misconduct.

13. Scheduling

• Recurring (Residential, Airbnb): fixed days by ZIP code (1–2 options).
• One-time (Move-Out, Post-Construction, Deep): flexible scheduling.
• Urgent requests: subject to availability and extra fee.

14. Confidentiality

Staff and subcontractors maintain confidentiality. Photo reports shared only with the property owner.

15. Marketing & Reviews

• Client reviews may be used anonymously in marketing.
• Photos of cleaning zones and processes may be used in promotional materials (without address/personal details).
• Full residential photos used only with client consent.

16. Force Majeure

Crystal LLC is not liable for delays caused by events outside its control (weather, emergencies, etc.).

17. Pets Policy

Pets must be secured. Pet-related cleaning may incur extra charges (Deep Cleaning).

18. Supplies & Equipment

Crystal LLC provides its own certified cleaning products. Client products may be used upon request at their own risk.

19. Safety & Health

No hazardous waste, blood, needles, or mold removal. Heavy furniture moved only with agreement. All work follows OSHA standards.

20. Late Payment

Overdue payments: services may be suspended. 5% late fee every 14 days.

21. Subcontractors & Liability

Crystal LLC may use subcontractors (1099). Clients are fully covered by Crystal LLC’s liability. Subcontractors are expected to carry insurance; if not, client is protected by Crystal LLC’s policy.

22. Non-solicitation

Clients may not hire Crystal LLC staff/subcontractors directly for 12 months. Violation = $1,000 fee.

23. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify Crystal LLC for damages caused by client rule violations (access, pets, etc.).

24. Limitation of Liability

• No liability for indirect, consequential, or emotional damages.
• Liability capped at the amount of last cleaning service.
• No responsibility for valuables (cash, jewelry, etc.).

25. Arbitration & Small Claims

All disputes handled via binding arbitration in Christian County, Missouri. Exception: small claims under $5,000.

26. Changes to Terms

Crystal LLC may update Terms & Policies on its website. Continued use = acceptance.

27. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Christian County, Missouri.

28. Acceptance

Booking, invoice, or payment = agreement with these Terms and Privacy Policy.

29. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Rights

• All content, pricing calculators, checklists, visuals, and processes on the Crystal LLC website are the exclusive property of Crystal LLC.
• The brand name 'Crystal LLC' and the slogan 'Cleanness to Shine' are trademarks of the company.
• Copying, modifying, redistributing, or commercial use of the website content, including texts, visuals, and booking mechanisms, without written consent of Crystal LLC is strictly prohibited.
• All proprietary mechanisms (inspection checklists, pricing formulas, scheduling logic) are considered Crystal LLC commercial secrets.
