1. Services

Crystal LLC provides professional cleaning services, including:

  • Residential Cleaning
  • Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
  • Post-Construction Cleaning
  • Deep Cleaning
  • Short-Term Rental / Airbnb Turnovers

All services are performed by trained professionals and insured subcontractors under Crystal LLC’s supervision.

2. Payment

Payment is required only after the service is completed. Clients receive a secure Stripe payment link issued from the official email: crystal.cleaning.llc.mo@gmail.com.

  • Accepted: credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ACH, Cash App, and checks (dispatcher approval required)
  • Cash payments are not accepted.

A digital invoice serves as the official record of services rendered and payment received.

Prepayment (Special Cases)

Crystal LLC may request partial or full prepayment for large or high-value cleanings, first-time orders with high totals, or clients with prior unresolved disputes. Clients are notified in writing in advance.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • More than 24 hours: full refund.
  • Less than 24 hours: partial or full cancellation fee applies.
  • If team is dispatched: trip fee $30 per cleaner per hour.
  • Repeated last-minute cancellations may lead to service suspension.

4. Access & Delay Fees

  • Clients must provide timely access to the property.
  • If entry is not possible (locked doors, alarms, etc.), a $75 lockout fee applies.
  • Delays exceeding 30 minutes: $25 per cleaner per hour.

5. Bonded & Insured

Crystal LLC is fully bonded and insured. Coverage applies to property damage or injuries caused by company personnel. Exclusions: normal wear and tear, pre-existing defects, or misuse of products supplied by the client.

6. Insurance Claims

All claims must be submitted within 24 hours after service completion to: info@ozarks-cleaning.com. Claims must include photo or video evidence. Late claims may be denied. Approved compensation will not exceed the cost of repair or the last cleaning invoice.

7. First Visit & Inspections

  • Airbnb Properties: first cleaning includes an inspection by a manager or senior housekeeper. Subsequent cleanings include photo reports.
  • Other Clients: inspections not performed; photo reports available on request if permitted.
  • All photos are for internal quality control only.

8. Communication & Notifications

Official correspondence, confirmations, invoices, and payment links are sent from:

  • crystal.cleaning.llc.mo@gmail.com — invoices and payments
  • info@ozarks-cleaning.com — general communication

SMS messages may be sent for booking confirmations, payment links, and photo reports. Clients may opt out anytime by replying STOP or emailing info@ozarks-cleaning.com.

9. Order Processing

  • Orders via online form, email, or phone with a dispatcher.
  • Confirmation and estimated quote provided after booking.
  • Final amount confirmed before cleaning; adjustments may apply.
  • Payment confirms client acceptance of scope and price.

10. Pricing

Online calculator results are estimates. Final price issued via Stripe invoice. Automatic receipt sent upon payment.

11. Agreement

No separate written contract required for standard services. Booking + payment = binding agreement. Corporate/long-term clients may require a signed contract.

12. Termination of Services

  • One-time services end upon payment.
  • Recurring services require 7-day notice or mutually agreed timeline.
  • Crystal LLC may suspend/terminate services for non-payment, access issues, or inappropriate conduct.

13. Scheduling

  • Recurring cleanings: scheduled by days, zones, or company-assigned properties.
  • Crystal LLC may reschedule/cancel due to operational needs, notifying client 24 hrs in advance.
  • Busy-day fees may apply on weekends, holidays, or high-demand periods.

14. Confidentiality

All employees and contractors maintain confidentiality. Photo reports and client info used strictly internally. Data protection standards are followed.

15. Marketing & Reviews

  • Client reviews may be used anonymously.
  • Work photos (without addresses) may appear in promotional materials.
  • Full property photos used only with written consent.

16. Force Majeure

Crystal LLC is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond its control (weather, power outages, natural disasters, emergencies).

17. Pets Policy

Pets must be safely secured. Additional fees may apply for excessive pet hair, odors, or related cleaning needs.

18. Supplies & Equipment

Crystal LLC provides professional-grade, eco-safe products. Client-supplied products are used at client’s risk. Subcontractors may use own supplies if approved.

19. Safety & Health

Service may be refused in unsafe environments (mold, biohazards, needles, pests, toxic materials). All operations follow OSHA standards.

20. Late Payments

Unpaid invoices over 14 days incur 5% late fee every two weeks. Repeated late payments may lead to service suspension.

21. Subcontractors

Independent subcontractors (1099) may be used. Clients remain fully protected by Crystal LLC’s insurance and quality standards. Subcontractors comply with policies and confidentiality agreements.

22. Non-Solicitation

Clients may not hire, contract, or engage Crystal LLC staff directly for 12 months after last service. Violation = $1,000 per individual.

23. Client Responsibility

Clients must provide safe and accessible premises. Crystal LLC not liable for damages from denied access, unsafe conditions, or aggressive pets.

24. Limitation of Liability

  • No liability for indirect, emotional, or consequential damages.
  • Maximum liability = cost of last cleaning service.
  • Not responsible for lost valuables (cash, jewelry, etc.).

25. Arbitration & Small Claims

Disputes resolved through binding arbitration in Christian County, Missouri (AAA rules). Small claims under $5,000 may be filed locally.

26. Changes to Terms

Crystal LLC may update Terms at any time. Continued use = acceptance of current version.

27. Jurisdiction

Terms governed by laws of Christian County, Missouri.

28. Acceptance

Booking a service, receiving an estimate, or paying an invoice constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Crystal LLC’s Privacy Policy.

29. Intellectual Property

All texts, pricing calculators, forms, operational processes, and the CrystalTask inspection and scheduling system are the exclusive property of Crystal LLC. Copying, modifying, redistributing, or using any materials without written permission is prohibited.
